'Blessing of the Grove’
On Sunday, September 27, at 10:30 a.m., a brief ‘Blessing
of the Grove’ will be conducted at the Grove for Prayer and Meditation. Church parishioners from both the 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. worship services will be invited to attend.
Pastor Rich Cooper will be leading the brief liturgical presentation, which will highlight the purpose and promise of the Grove as a vehicle for enriching the Christian Faith experience of our Dingmans Ferry United Methodist Church. The brief gathering at the Grove will also be an opportunity for church parishioners to note the progress that has been made in developing Grove features this past summer. It will also be a time to thank those who have made generous contributions of time or monetary donations to the Grove.
